As many as five people were shot Friday afternoon near Lexington Market in Baltimore.Baltimore Police Commissioner Michael Harrison said a group of people was in the 200 block of Saratoga Street around 3:30 p.m. Friday, when a man began arguing with another man.At some point, one of the individuals began shooting at the other person, but also struck four others.
