Woman shot in Aberdeen taken to Shock Trauma

A woman shot in Aberdeen overnight was taken to Shock Trauma.According to the Harford County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called around 12:15 a.m. Sunday for sounds of a gunshot in the area of the 200 block of Perrywood Court.Deputies arrived but found no victim. About 20 minutes later, deputies were called to University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health, where a 31-year-old Edgewood woman went for treatment of gunshot wounds.Authorities said the woman was reported to have been shot while outside in the 200 block Perrywood Court. She was taken to Shock Trauma in Baltimore with non-life-threatening injuries. Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Ross at 443-409-3555.
