Sillery Bay community has a voluntary Improvement Association that collects dues to pay for the beautification and use of the beach through grass cutting, trash collection, access to bathrooms, security and pavillion upkeep. There is a separate cost to join the Boat Club and slips are available on a first-come first-served basis.
