Marriott’s Motion asks, in the alternative, that the court transfer Irvin’s defamation lawsuit to a federal court in Phoenix, Arizona. Marriott argues that Arizona is the proper forum for this lawsuit because that’s where all of the witnesses and evidence are located. Additionally, Marriott argues that Arizona is where the allegedly defamatory statements were made.
