In this talk from July 2022, Damo is addressing a group of closer students in Sweden. This one may be slightly unpopular with some but Damo is discussing the nature of mental and political stress during the last few years, when Covid lockdowns were a major part of peoples lives. He looks at how this impacts upon Qigong practitioners health and their training. He also looks at having strong views that are rigid and polarised and how this relates to practice. Finally, the power of apathy as a tool is looked at.
