CHARLOTTE HALL, MD-SEPTEMBER 14TH at about 9:58pm, Charles St and Farmland Pl. was shut down due to a serious vehicle accident. Emergency units reported subjects were freed from entrapment and transported to area hospital by Trooper 2 with serious injures.
