ST. MARYS, MD-A 56 year old male transported to Shock Trauma in Baltimore by MSPAC Trooper 2. The victims tractor went off the road on Bayside Rd. An off duty medic provided help and applied a tournequit above the knee for a possible compound leg fracture.
