ST. MARY’S COUNTY, Md. – St. Mary’s County Public Schools have awarded School Resource Officer (SRO) of the Year to St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office’s Corporal Jaime Davis of Leonardtown High School. Adopt-A-School Officer of the Year was also awarded to Deputy Brandon Reynolds of Park Hall Elementary.
“Corporal Davis is hard-working and reliable…always putting the safety of students, staff, and community above all else. Deputy Reynolds is positive and patient; he truly cares and wants to make a difference, and he does just that,” stated Charles Eible, Director of Safety and Security for St. Mary’s County Public Schools.
“You truly are resources to those who need to be seen and heard. You bring the ‘secure’ in the security that is on your badge to those who need it most,” stated Sheriff Steve Hall.
