Slow Cooker Parmesan Garlic Chicken and Potato Ingredients


- Parmesan Garlic Sauce: If you have a hard time finding this sauce, don’t worry because I have a homemade recipe you can whip up!
- Potatoes: I love using Yukon gold potatoes, but feel free to use your favorite potato in this recipe.
How to Make Slow Cooker Parmesan Garlic Chicken and Potatoes
With this slow cooker garlic parmesan chicken recipe, you can let your crockpot do all the work. Simply toss in the ingredients and wait for the magic to happen. You’ll have time to make my easy 1-hour rolls and some smashed Brussels sprouts.
- Add the Potatoes: Spray the inside of the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray, then add the potatoes.
- Add Chicken: Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, then place the cubed chicken on top of the potatoes. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top of the chicken
- Add Sauce, Broth and Cheese: Add parmesan garlic sauce, chicken broth, and parmesan cheese on top of the potatoes and chicken.
- Cook: Stir everything until combined. Cover with a lid and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- Serve: Garnish slow cooker Parmesan garlic chicken and potatoes with fresh parsley and more parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper, if desired.

- Step 2: Set to Sealing mode.

Spray the inside of the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Add 2 pounds quartered Yukon gold potatoes into the bottom of the slow cooker.
Cut 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Add the chicken and 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning on top of the potatoes.
Add 1 (12-ounce) bottle parmesan garlic sauce, ½ cup chicken broth, and 1 cup grated parmesan cheese on top of the potatoes and chicken.
Stir everything together until combined. Cover with a lid and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and additional parmesan cheese, if desired.
Store and Reheat
