The Samsung Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Ultra are rumored to arrive next year without any battery upgrades, and a new rumor now claims that will be the case with the Galaxy S25+ as well.
The word comes from the Dutch publication GalaxyClub, which claims the Samsung Galaxy S25+ will pack a battery with a rated capacity of 4,755 mAh and a typical capacity of 4,900 mAh, which is the same as the Galaxy S24+‘s battery.

The Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Ultra will come with 4,000 mAh and 5,000 mAh batteries, respectively. That’s again the same as their predecessors. We will also see the charging speeds remain the same: 25W for vanilla and 45W for the Plus and Ultra models.
The source previously claimed that the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+’s camera setups will be identical to their predecessors, and only the Galaxy S25 Ultra will get camera upgrades. It will feature a 200 MP primary camera, joined by a 50 MP ultrawide, 50 MP 3x telephoto, and 50 MP 5x telephoto units.
However, tipster Ice Universe recently claimed that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will only come with an upgraded ultrawide camera, with the rest of the camera setup being the same as the S24 Ultra‘s.
