One of 2025’s most-anticipated IDs is about to get an official release. Two of melodic techno’s rising stars, SCRIPT and JV, have joined forces on the Experts Only-backed “Flex My Ice”. The track has already been making waves across the club and festival circuit, earning support from heavyweights like Tiësto, Korolova and Mathame. But its momentum skyrocketed after John Summit dropped it during his Proper NYE set at San Diego’s Petco Park.
SCRIPT has been on a meteoric rise in the melodic techno scene since the release of his debut single “On The Low,” which was crowned the most-played ID of Ultra Music Festival 2024. A staple in the Afterlife circuit, he’s also delivered official remixes for industry titans CamelPhat and Vintage Culture.
Meanwhile, South African-born JV is quickly making a name for himself with back-to-back high profile releases. “Flex My Ice” follows his recent collaboration with Korolova, “Keep It Real,” which released on February 7 via Tomorrowland Music.
“Flex My Ice” is out everywhere via Experts Only on February 14, but can be streamed in full a day early, exclusively on Dancing Astronaut.
