Poco is soon going to do something it’s never done before. And that is – to launch an Ultra phone. The Poco F7 series is coming soon, and we were expecting the Poco F7 and Poco F7 Pro. But now there’s a twist.
Thanks to the GSMA’s IMEI database, the Poco F7 Ultra is confirmed. It will have the model number 24122RKC7G. This appears alongside the Poco F7 Pro. So that makes us wonder whether the F7 family will have three members or the vanilla model will be dropped to make way for just the Pro and Ultra.
The POCO F7 Ultra and POCO F7 Pro have officially appeared in the GSMA IMEI database. This is the first time POCO will announce a smartphone called “Ultra”.

Interestingly, the Ultra’s model number reveals the fact that it will be a rebranded Redmi K80. That model is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. It should have a “2K” flat OLED display made by TCL.
No other specs are known just yet, but we expect more details to be revealed in the following weeks, so stay tuned.
