Maryland men’s basketball announced its home nonconference schedule for the upcoming 2024-25 season on Thursday.
The Terps will host nine out-of-conference teams in College Park, including a previously announced matchup against Marquette on Nov. 15.
Maryland’s season opener is set for Nov. 4 against Manhattan, followed by home games against Mount St. Mary’s on Nov. 8 and Florida A&M on Nov. 11.
After facing Marquette, the Terps will play Canisius on Nov. 19, Bucknell on Nov. 27 and Alcorn State on Dec. 1. Nearly three weeks later, they will take on St. Francis (PA) on Dec. 17, before concluding their nonconference home schedule against Maryland Eastern Shore on Dec. 28.
The Terps hold an impressive 50-1 all-time record against these nonconference opponents, with their sole loss coming against Manhattan.
