Larry Hogan: Maryland General Assembly is 'out of touch' with what people want for crime bills

Out of office and not running for president, Maryland’s former Gov. Larry Hogan said he’s been trying to keep a distance from the news happening in the state but weighed in on the violent crime reduction bills being debated in Annapolis.
