A new book for serious thinkers
Many people harbor negative feelings about God, the Bible, as well as religion in general. Others are so dogmatic about their religious convictions that they are unwilling to entertain any criticisms of their faith. Where is the middle ground? Surely, believers, as well as nonbelievers, should come to appreciate the reasons for both faith and doubt, respectively.
Often times, people on both sides of the spectrum seem to be content in their views, not concerning themselves with exploring alternative ways of addressing the ultimate questions of life. What if they were open to such alternative perspectives? With that consideration, Jason L. Moore’s new book, Divine Frustrations, focuses on eight unique complaints about biblical teachings while providing a balanced approach between skeptical repudiation and unquestionable commitment.
