Honor is announcing the Magic V3 and Magic Vs3 foldable smartphones at a special event in China on July 12, as revealed by the brand itself earlier today. The Magic V3 has been teased to be even slimmer than the Magic V2, which launched in 2023 and is still the thinnest foldable smartphone.
The Magic Vs3 is expected to be a more affordable version of the V3. Now images for both have leaked, showing their designs. For the V3 unfortunately all we get is part of the back, but it’s enough to spot the very unique camera island shape.
Of course Honor will use fake leather on at least some versions of the V3, like this one. It’s also likely that other colorways will come with a different accent color on the frame and camera island.
The Magic Vs3, on the other hand, gets a more substantial leak which shows us the entirety of its rear along with the cover screen, which is curved on the right side as you can see. The model pictured here also has a fake leather back with a very visible fake grain texture.
As for the design of its camera island, we’ll let you be the judge – what do you think? Innovative? Unique? Or just ugly?
