ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Former Governor Larry Hogan’s campaign for Senate has raised $9.7 million by the end of the June 30th fundraising quarter, according to the Hogan Campaign press release. This quarter alone raised over $6.6 million.
Hogan’s campaign is a “fight for Maryland and America’s future” by fixing the nation’s “broken politics,” according to his campaign website.
The campaign has already surpassed $10 million since Hogan initially announced his candidacy for Senate in February, with a majority of contributions coming from Maryland.
“Our campaign is incredibly humbled by the support we’ve received across the state, raising more in a few months than our opponent raised in a year,” Hogan for Maryland spokeswoman Blake Kernen said. “Marylanders are fed up with politics as usual and are hungry for strong, independent leadership in Washington to put people over politics.”
In contrast, the Alsobrooks campaign raised $7.7 million in the period from May 1, 2023 to April 24, 2024.
The $6.6 million for the second quarter reflects a combined total across the three distinct entities of Hogan For Maryland, Hogan Victory Fund, and Better Path Forward.
