Hilarious Senior Prank: Maryland High School Listed for Sale on Zillow!
A group of clever senior students from a Maryland high school pulled off an epic prank by listing their own school for sale on Zillow. The daring pranksters priced Meade High School at $42,069 and humorously described it as a “half-working jail” in the listing.
The prank listing highlighted amusing features like sewage problems in all 15 bathrooms and even joked about “complementary trash scented air freshener and water issues.” However, it also mentioned a spacious kitchen, dining room, and a private basketball court, adding to the humor.
While school officials were surprised, they took the prank in good humor. Bob Mosier, the spokesperson for Anne Arundel County Public Schools, jokingly expressed amazement at undervaluing such a prime real estate with unique amenities. He anticipated a rush of potential buyers interested in acquiring the school.
Mosier confirmed that the administration suspected the senior students behind the prank. Fortunately, no harm was done, and the officials appreciated the students’ creativity in bringing laughter to the school community without causing any damage.
