Details Released: $1 Million Of Stolen Construction Equipment In Prince George’s County

OXON HILL, Md. – Brandyn Terrell Green was arrested on multiple theft charges. On May 23, 2024, officers responded to a report of a theft in the Oxon Hill area. The victim reported stolen construction equipment valued at approximately $108,500, including a white enclosed trailer and a black dump trailer. Court documents reveal that surveillance footage captured a dark-colored SUV involved in the theft.

According to the documents, further investigation led officers to Southview Drive and Winterberry Lane, where they located a 2003 Ford Excursion believed to contain stolen items. Investigators secured a GPS tracking order for the vehicle.

On May 28, 2024, officers received another theft report from a construction company in Oxon Hill, where a skid steer valued at $30,000 was stolen. The stolen items were recovered at Green’s residence on Wheeler Road on June 13, 2024, during a search warrant execution.

Green, along with another individual, Christian Tyonna Alexis, was detained. Green reportedly attempted to flee during the arrest but was unsuccessful. Both suspects were transported to the Upper Marlboro Department of Corrections.

Green faces charges including theft scheme over $100,000, theft between $25,000 and $100,000, and making a false statement to an officer. The suspects remain in custody as the investigation continues.
