AI can be used to prepare higher-quality videos for corporate training and no human is involved in producing such videos. AI can create video scripts and prepare videos on them. They can also develop voice-overs. When a company has a restricted budget, there is no money for recording human voice-overs in videos and AI is beneficial. Through generative AI, companies can ensure employees can easily create content for professional writing. They can also tackle customers through chatbots with generative AI. Employees must be well trained in 2025 in using this technology.

There is a difference between AI and generative AI. AI is used for analyzing data, whereas generative AI produces new data by analyzing the old data. Finding patterns in old data can create new data, including music, text, code, and images.
