Charles County Correctional Officers Volunteer For Local Home Rehabilitation

YouTube video

LA PLATA, Md. – Members of the Charles County Correctional Officers Association (CCCOA) and the Charles County Detention Center recently volunteered their time, and quite a bit of sweat equity, to the rehabilitation of a La Plata residence.

Rebuilding Together Charles County (formerly known as the Christmas in April program) is an organization that partners with the community to make repairs to the homes of local residents so that they may remain safe, warm and independent within their homes. Watch as Master Corporal Brian Long, along with the grateful homeowner, provide their personal incite to the project.
