
LEONARDTOWN, Md. – The Calvert – St. Mary’s Metropolitan Planning Organization (C-SMMPO), the designated policy board that administers the transportation planning process in selected areas of Calvert and St. Mary’s County, is hosting a Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) meeting at the Walter Francis Duke Terminal Conference Room, located at 44200 Airport Road, California, MD 20619 on Thursday, October 31, 2024, at 10 a.m.
This meeting is open to the public. The Calvert – St. Mary’s Metropolitan Planning Organization is a federally mandated and funded transportation policy-making organization, which enables the state to allocate federal funds for transportation studies. TAC meetings are held as needed to discuss future C–SMMPO projects. TAC members work in transportation planning and engineering and work for Calvert and St. Mary’s, as well as state and other local partners.
