Bleu Clair’s new EP, Inner Circle, is an embodiment of his “NEWAGEOFHOUSE” movement, intended to shake up the house scene’s sonic quotidian. With the spry six-pack (which Bleu Clair says he “put his heart & soul into”), he does just that.
Across Inner Circle, the Indonesian producer engages different styles of house sound, like the techier elements that run through the EP, or the classic house on “Hold On” with Tania Foster. The project is Bleu Clair’s first release of 2024 and arrives just ahead of a four dates at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, where Bleu Clair will appear as support for Martin Garrix from June 12 – 15. It comes on the heels of his recently-concluded Spring North American Tour.
