I bought this Mixer because I always bake my own bread. The dough is very heavy and I lately had a hard time kneading it by hand. Now it is so easy, after the first mixing, I can put the stainless steel bowl in the pre-warmed oven to let the dough rise and then put it back on the machine to knead it again. The bread turned out to be perfect.
