PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. – The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board (PRAB) is active in helping advise Calvert County on issues involving parks, such as land conservation and the use of parkland. Additionally, the board interacts with members of the Calvert County community to hear concerns, requests, and important messages. Meetings of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board are usually held at 5:00 pm on the second Wednesday of each month. The meetings take place at the Edward T. Hall Aquatic Center, and the address for this location is 130 Auto Drive, Prince Frederick, MD 20678.

The July 10th meeting of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board covered many notable topics, including an update on the Dominion Energy Regional Park Development. This park is set to include a multi-sport stadium with the capacity to seat up to 2,000 viewers.
