Maryland softball announced its 2024 fall schedule on Tuesday, featuring five matchups in September and October.
The Terps will play four of these five games at home in College Park, with the exception of a game against Virginia. That game is set for Oct. 12 in Williamsport, Pa., as part of the Girls with Game tournament, an initiative aimed at inspiring the next generation of female athletes.
Maryland will open its fall season with a doubleheader against Villanova on Sept. 22, with games at noon and 2:30 p.m. The following week, on Sept. 29, the Terps will host another doubleheader, this time against Howard, at the same times. On Oct. 4, they will face George Mason in a 10-inning contest at 6 p.m. The fall season concludes after the Virginia game, with Maryland taking on Delaware in a final matchup on Oct. 13 at noon.
