NORTH BEACH, Md. – Every Saturday morning, from 8 am to 11:30 am, the North Beach Farmers Market is in full swing. From vegetables to fruit to baked goods, this market showcases some of Southern Maryland’s best local businesses.
With a small-town atmosphere, the quaint market runs from April 13 – October 26, located in the parking lot of the North Beach Senior Center. Sprawling aisles of local vendors offer items such as plants, farm vegetables, baked goods, meats, cheeses, eggs and other fresh goods.
Perfect for a summertime stroll or a visit on your way to the beach, load up on fresh produce for whatever your day entails. Say hello to your neighbors and local vendors to catch up on what’s in season or what dish to serve for your next holiday.
North Beach is known for its gorgeous waterfront locale and friendly faces, so this is a must-see for tourists to get a well-rounded experience of what Calvert County has to offer.
The biggest perk is for the dogs! Plenty of healthy, natural and yummy treats are available for our furry friends. The market is pet friendly and encourages owners to stop by and check out snack options.
The town of North Beach encourages all guests to help reduce waste by bringing their own bags and using the appropriate disposal containers provided at the market.
