Session 6: Turns 15 – 16 (Sep. 18 – 19, 1862)
Having completed all of the six Basic Game scenarios for Here Come the Rebels II, and with the continued encouragement of our viewers, we now embark on another Advanced Game! This is our second attempt at capturing a campaign format playing against each other, so we hope you enjoy the narrative.
For this first campaign game, Patrick will play the Union (USA), and Roger will play the Confederates. (CSA).
Scenario #8: The Maryland Campaign:
This scenario simulates Lee’s invasion of Maryland from the Army of Northern Virginia’s crossing of the Potomac in early September 1862 to the Battle of Antietam two weeks later.
GAME LENGTH: 17 – 19 turns, September 4 to 20-22, 1862.
