I am so pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed the meals in this box! Not only were they incredibly delicious, but I couldn’t believe how easy it was to put them together. Having all of the ingredients available, portioned out, and being pretty minimal at that was clutch. I thought these were going to be overly fancy and complicated meals, but they’re really not! They have flavors I wouldn’t have thought to combine before and it’s almost impossible to mess it up.
I was most surprised by the portions… I really thought it wouldn’t be enough food to be full afterwards but we had a small portion of leftover sides from both meals. I’d recommend sizing up if you want lots of leftovers though.
