It looks like 2025’s When We Were Young (WWWY) may be your only chance to ever see Panic! At the Disco, if you haven’t already.

The alt-rock cavalcade, which just wrapped its 2024 edition less than two weeks ago, announced the full lineup for its next festival on Tuesday. And its co-headliners will be Blink-182 and the second most popular band ever to come from Las Vegas.

In 2023, Panic! singer Brendon Urie announced the end of the band, which by then was merely his solo project anyway, following the conclusion of its “Viva Las Vengeance” tour.

However, for the fourth annual WWWY, Urie will reunite with original member Spencer Smith (drums) and bassist Dallon Weekes, who joined in 2010. The trio will perform the band’s debut album, “A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out,” in its entirety, marking the album’s 20th anniversary.

Original Panic! lead guitarist Ryan Ross is sitting the reunion out, as is original bassist Brent Wilson. But Wilson has a valid excuse…

He’s current serving 46 months in the Clark County Detention Center on a 2022 conviction for felony drug possession.

At least if a press release from WWWY is to be believed, Panic! will rebreak up following its festival.

WWWY 2025 will take place at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds on October 18.

Its lineup will also include Weezer, Avril Lavigne, The Offspring, The Used, All Time Low, Knocked Loose, Yellowcard, Simple Plan, The Rocket Summer and more.

A presale begins 10 a.m. Friday, November 1. It requires an access code, which fans can sign up for here. Any remaining tickets will go on sale to the public at 2 p.m. the same day.
