🌈Watkins Regional Park is huge! The details are amazing! It features a yellow brick road, a rainbow arch as well as a rainbow around the park, Emerald City, Munchkin land, Dorothy’s Slipper (which is a slide) Toto’s dog house and her Auntie Em’s farm.
🌈Nature Center: Past the playground, there is a trail that leads to a nature center. (Or drive past) Right outside of the nature center there is an Aviary with several different birds. In the Nature center they have reptiles, birds and give cool facts about the animals like where they are found around the world and what they eat. The Nature Center is free to visit.
🌈Old Maryland Farm: They have a farm that is a great place to learn about livestock. It is open year around from Tuesday-Saturday 10-5pm. Sunday 10-4!
🌈Carousel, Train & Mini Golf: Across the street from the Wizard of Oz park they have both a Carousel, train and mini golf. They are open seasonally and open starting May 7th.
