33-Year-Old Man Shot And Killed In Prince George's County

LANDOVER, Md. – The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Thursday evening in Landover. The victim is 33-year-old Michael Thomas of no fixed address. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.

On June 20, 2024, at approximately 5:15 pm, officers responded to the 2500 block of Kent Town Place for a shooting. Officers located the victim outside suffering from a gunshot wound(s). He was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Detectives are working to identify a suspect(s) and determine a motive.
